Mission Statement

Mission Statement


This is briefly, a small part of my enterprise proposal which i did for my add+vanatage module in my first year.

Mission - “Reliable, quality and educational. This is who we are. GSG Computers is a sole trader who sells bespoke hardware to create custom computers just for you. We will exist to provide free educational information for anyone who buys from us coming from national businesses, to home users. We sell inexpensive quality computers, for your requirements. We are your computer creation.”

GSG Computers is a sole trader who sells bespoke hardware to create computers for potential users. GSG Computers will exist to provide fast, reliable and technical assistance to national business/offices/home users and they give free educational information to anyone who buys of them. These are the initial primary services. GSG Computers sells customised computers, for the user requirements.

The company’s uniqueness will be providing fast response, informed expertise and consistently high quality hardware/customising. The product/hardware and the user are important to the business. This is since if the hardware which the customised computer is made up of is not correctly required/asked for or faulty then the user is not happy. If this is accurate then this will benefit the business to attract and repeat more customers. This is the most important issue about keeping this business running and successful.

The hardware and products will be sold at an inexpensive affordable price, as today some UK computer customising companies are charging high prices. Purchasing customised computers is the cheaper option than buying computers straight from retail (non-customised/brand names). Due to this, GSG Computers will generate enough satisfied repeat customers to provide a stable retainer base. This generates sufficient profit to provide a comfortable living and investment in business growth and quality. The computers will me made at a wholesaler. The users can also order online and have it delivered or they can collect it from the wholesale shop (next to the wholesaler warehouse).

The 6 month objective is to start this company quickly and inexpensively, with a minimum of debt. The long term objective is to grow the company into a stable and profitable entity that the owner can easily and comfortably manage. This will be determined over a 6 month trail period where the company will establish its customers, income, profit, and user’s satisfaction of the service. After the 6 month trail, the trail period will be assessed against the market/business plan and another business plan will be created accordingly if the business progressed well.
